How it works

  1. Call the helpline. Tell us what's wrong. A few questions usually tell us where the problem is.
  2. We look along remotely. You download a small program and read us the code it shows. You see everything we do, and you can end the connection at any time.
  3. Fixed, or we drop by. If it can't be solved remotely, we schedule a visit. If hardware is broken, we can replace it on the spot.

Frequently asked questions

Is remote support safe?

Yes. A connection only exists when you start the program and give us the code. You see everything we do and can stop at any moment. After the session we cannot reconnect without a new code.

What does a call-out cost?

That depends on the problem and whether we need to come on site. We tell you up front what to expect, so there are no surprises.

Can I call outside opening hours?

Leave a message and we will get back to you the next working day. Businesses with a support agreement can arrange cover outside office hours.

Do you make home visits?

Yes, in Dendermonde and the surrounding municipalities. The full service area is listed at the bottom of this page.
